How to Hide a File or a Folder in Mac

Follow the below steps:

1. Open Terminal app


2. Type chflags hidden


3. Type file’s location


4. Drug & drop file from Finder to Terminal.

If you need to make hidden file visible type instead of  hidden -> nohidden.
